Denise and her family went to Morro Bay where she scattered the ashes of a friend who had passed away during the past month.  Denise has lost 3 friends in the past month – Sashi, Valerie and Sherrie - and this journey was to celebrate them.  She really appreciates all the messages and posts on Facebook.

Miracle Boxes - tools to increase your abundance.

A miracle box is different to a collage.  A collage is a living affirmation, while a miracle box is malleable and changeable – it’s a box that you decorate with small pieces of paper inside.  On every piece of paper you write something you want as if it’s already happened and make it as specific as you want. Eg.  if you want to go to Hawaii on vacation, write:  “My vacation in Hawaii was wonderful.”  If you’re having challenges with your neighbours, write:  “I have wonderful, loving relationships with my neighbours”.  Look at the paper in your miracle box regularly, and give thanks to the Creator for those things that have happened. 

Key points for a miracle box:

·   Use any box you like

·   On all 4 sides of the outside of the box, write:  “Thank you.”

·   Decorate your box in whatever way you want to – your box must make your heart sing!

·   Decorate the inside of your box – this part is more sacred

·   NB:  Inside the box, underneath the lid, write the following words:  “Whatever is in this box is so.”

God Boxes

A God Box is different to a Miracle Box (it’s good to have both).  The latter is about things you want to manifest in your life, while a God Box is about what you want to turn over to the Creator – anything that is holding you back.  Decorate it and write on pieces of paper inside the box just as with the Miracle Box. 

Key points for a God Box:

·   This box is dedicated to the Creator – decorate it so that it is in alignment with the feeling/belief you have about Creator/Source.

·   Eg.  You might write down a fear of getting old as:  “I lovingly hand over my fear of getting old to You, God/Creator”.

·   It is a powerful metaphor for the Spiritual help that is all around you.

Wealth/Prosperity Bowl

A Wealth Bowl is a regular bowl and you fill it with things that represent wealth and abundance to you eg. crystals, stones, whatever means wealth to you.  Keep it clean.

Stones for abundance/prosperity

Only use stones that you love, whatever they are and dedicate them to prosperity and abundance.

Put them in your Miracle Box, God Box or Wealth Bowl to further energise them. 

Green stones are associated with wealth – green = Renewal, growth, Spring time, etc.

Eg: 

· Aventurine, green Mika, green Jade, green malachite,

· Herkimer diamonds (put them in your wallet near money to magnify the abundance)

· Lingams (keep them oiled with sandalwood oil or other essential oil)

· smoky quartz (for physical manifestation) – and dedicate it

· Cleanse them (in sun or moon light and wash them)

· Infuse each stone with love and Spirit

· Use seashells in your wealth bowl

· Cut crystals that make rainbows

· Gold stones eg.  citrine, pyrite, amber – gold = abundance

Flower Essence for abundance/prosperity

· Spray the papers in your Miracle Box or God Box with flower essence to energise them.

· Eg. of flower essence to use:  Gorse

Essential Oils for abundance/prosperity

· Rub the oil on the papers in your Miracle Box or God Box to energise them. 

· Eg. of oils to use:  Denise likes oils of plants that can survive in harsh conditions  – Rosemary, Lavender, Frankincense (this is the best oil for abundance), Myrrh, Orange oil

Mudras (body positions that influence the body’s energy) for abundance/prosperity

Use a mudra to activate your Miracle Box/God Box/Wealth Bowl

Eg. put your hands at your heart level in a prayer position.  Imagine that your heart is opening and there’s a beautiful golden sun filling your chest and heart. Say these words 3 times:  “I open my heart to loving abundance”.  Stretch your arms in front of you and open your palms upwards.  Say this 3 times:  “I give thanks to the Creator for all that is received” and add, “in accordance with my highest good”.
